1. After we have elaborately heard the learned advocates for the parties and carefully perused the materials placed on record, it is evidently clear that the dispute concerns a private trust and its properties.

2. The petitioners in this writ petition have annexed a copy of development agreement and other documents, which clearly show that there are certain internal disputes.

3. The learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.13 submitted that a civil proceeding is also pending at the behest of one of the private respondents in which the writ petitioners are also parties.

4. Therefore, in this writ petition, which has been filed as a public interest litigation, no direction can be issued, as sought for.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

6. However, this will not prejudice the petitioners in agitating their rights before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

7. No costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
