This petition is directed against a disciplinary proceeding initiated by the respondents against the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that by an order dated 16th March, 2021 the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner have been dropped. This submission is not opposed by the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 25731 of 2007 is dismissed as not pressed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
