Earlier this revisional application was called on 11.12.2023 when accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioners.

Today also when the revisional application has been called, none represents the petitioners.

The revisional application was preferred for setting aside the order dated 12.09.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore in connection with complaint case being A.C. No. 929 of 2023. I find from the records that the said case was initiated for the alleged offences under Sections 363/340/34 of the Indian Penal Code. A prayer was also advanced under Section 97 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Having regard to the approach and attitude of the petitioners before this Court, I am of the opinion that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4594 of 2023 is dismissed for default.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
