The petitioner would file a fresh representation to the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Raniganj Police Station in respect of the issues canvassed by the petitioner and in continuation of the earlier representation made to the Raniganj Police Station.

Accordingly, it is directed that the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Raniganj Police Station will conduct an

enquiry and inform the outcome of the same to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation with the Deputy Commissioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26825 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Since affidavits have not been invited, other allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
