This is an application for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for default on 10th July, 2024. The application for restoration was filed on 24th July, 2024.

After going through the explanation given, I find that the applicant/writ petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from appearing before the Court when the matter was taken up and ultimately dismissed for default.

In such circumstances, the order dated 10th July, 2024 is hereby recalled.

The writ petition is restored to its original file and number.
