None of the documents relevant to FIR or the chargesheet has been annexed and in spite of that prayer has been advanced for quashing.

Having regard to the contents of the present revisional application, I find that the prayers so advanced are ridiculous. Accordingly, CRR 4595 of 2023, which has been filed in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No. 1393 dated 06.12.2011, is dismissed. Connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
