The present application for cancellation of bail was filed in connection with Titagarh Police Station Case No. 506 of 2008 dated 27.10.2008.

Record reflects by an order dated 05.11.2008, the learned A. C. J. M., Barrackpore was pleased to grant interim bail. Mr. Nirupan Dhali, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to appear in this matter. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. Having regard to the period of time which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the present application for cancellation of bail being CRM 11568 of 2008 is dismissed.
