Affidavit-of-service so filed be kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of his representation, no action has been taken by the police authorities.

On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that already Pursurah Police Station Case No.355/2024 dated 08.12.2024 has been registered for investigation and the statements of the complainant and other witnesses have been recorded under the relevant provisions of law.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities the purpose for which writ petition has been preferred is subserved.

According, writ petition being WPA 28282 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
