The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the arbitrariness by the concerned authority in extending permission to the petitioner for carrying out construction work.

It is fairly submitted on behalf of the State that if the petitioner files an application for extension of sanction in accordance with law, the same would be considered expeditiously by the respondent no. 5.

In view of the above, WPA 28298 of 2024 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application for sanction afresh in accordance with law before the respondent no. 5. If such application is filed, the same would be

considered and disposed of within a period of two weeks from the date of application.

Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.
