Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including statement of the victim and other witnesses. Specific allegation against the petitioner relates to outraging her modesty and throwing the child from the lap of the victim.

In view of the nature of crime, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
