Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are the in-laws of the victim housewife. Incident occurred nine years after marriage. Allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus. Statutory presumptions under Sections 117 and 118 of the BSA are not attracted. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on Signed By :

condition that they shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
