Mr. Muhammad Obaid ... for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though some parties have been added pursuant to the order dated 27.01.2025, but he has received instructions from his client that there are several other parties who have been left out.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application on the self-same cause of action. In view thereof, this civil revisional application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application on the self-same cause of action. The learned advocate on record for the petitioner will be at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order impugned in this civil revisional application upon furnishing a Photostat copy of the same.
