1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had made extra-judicial confession to his lady friend implicating his guilt. On his leading statement the interred body of the deceased was recovered. Victim had suffered homicidal death. In the light of these clinching materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
