1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. CAN 2 of 2025 is an application for amendment of the writ petitions from which the present appeals arise, whereas CAN 3 of 2025 is an application seeking leave to file an exception to the survey report taken on record by the learned Single Judge while disposing of the writ petition.

3. The said exception apparently could not be filed due to paucity of time between the filing of the survey report and disposal of the writ petition as per the version of the appellant, which is disputed by the respondents.

4. By their very nature, the applications are required to be heard along with the appeals.

5. Accordingly, the respondents shall file their affidavitsin-opposition to CAN 2 of 2025 and CAN 3 of 2025 within three weeks from date.

6. Affidavits-in-reply thereto, if any, shall be filed within a week thereafter.

7. The applications shall next be listed for hearing along with the appeals in the monthly list of May, 2026.
