It appears from the record that on 19th September, 2014 learned advocate for the petitioner made their lone appearance before the Court. Considering the conduct of the petitioner it appears to the Court that he is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition and accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
