For the DPSC, Purba Burdwan. Mr. Tanweer Jamil Mandal, learned advocate for the Purba Bardhaman District Primary School Council submits that the petitioners are now confirmed teachers.

The petitioners are Assistant Teachers of three different primary schools under the aforesaid council; they are praying the mutual transfer. The joint representation of the petitioners praying such transfer are pending consideration before the Chairman, of the said council, the respondent no. 6 herein. The said representation dated October 05, 2024 forms part of the writ petition being Annexure - 'P4'.

The respondent no. 6 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In the event, it is found that the learning process of the students of the respective schools of the petitioners will not be affected, if the prayer of the petitioners is allowed then the respondent no. 6 shall take forward steps expeditiously for mutual transfer of the petitioners.

W.P.A. 28339 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

No affidavit since has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
