The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 20th of June, 2023 passed by the ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Kalyani, Nadia in Criminal Revision No. 44 of 2022. The said revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 12th September, 2022 passed by the ld. ACJM-II, Kalyani in Misc. Case No. 233 of 2021, which is a proceeding under section 125 of the cr.p.c. It is reflected that the ld. ACJM-II, Kalyani was pleased to award Rs.6,000/- per month to the minor son by way of interim maintenance.

The petitioner being the father is working at Mankind Pharma.

The petitioner is granted liberty to produce strict proof of documents before the ld. Magistrate and will be at liberty to take out an application in the nature of section 127 of the cr.p.c. The ld. Magistrate would appreciate the same

and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the o.p.

The ld. ACJM-II, Kalyani in Misc. Case No. 233 of 2021 would ensure that the son is paid the amount of Rs.6,000/- per month uninterruptedly.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4603 of 2023 is disposed of.
