Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 5 submits, upon instructions, that the Bank has received information from the Inspector of Police, Cyber Economic Offence Police Station, Mayurbhanj and from the Cyber Crime Police Station, Range Azamgarh that the Bank account where the money is currently lying is involved in cheating and more than one criminal case is pending in connection with the aforesaid Bank account. The account has been marked as 'debit freeze'.
