Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Koushik Kundu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would surrender in connection with Chakdaha Police Station Case No. 17 of 2021 dated 11.02.2021 under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accordingly, the proclamation and attachment so issued against the petitioner be stayed till 10.01.2024. The execution of warrant of arrest would remain in force and the police authorities would be entitled to execute the same.

In case, the petitioner viz. Param Das @ Paran Das does not surrender by 10.01.2024, the learned jurisdictional court would revive the proclamation and attachment so issued against the petitioner.

After surrender, if the petitioner prays for bail, the learned trial court would consider the application for bail of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4604 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
