The matter relates to one training course, being Diploma in Elementary Education, for which National Institute of Open Schooling ('NIOS', for short) gives the certificates.

I direct NIOS to intimate the petitioner by 10 days from date regarding the documents NIOS requires to consider this matter and for giving the recognition.

The respondent no. 7, being the study centre, is directed to supply all the documents to the petitioner by 15 days from the date of communication of this order which will be transmitted to NIOS by the petitioner by 7 days after receiving from the study centre. After getting all the papers NIOS will take a decision after considering the case of the petitioner. The decision is to be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receiving of such papers from the study centre through the petitioner. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
