The writ petitioner claims that the private respondents-in-laws are illegally trying to evict him from the said premises. Abusive language is also used against the writ petitioner. A complaint has been lodged before the Kharagpur (Local) Police Station.

Title Suit No. 595 of 2021 has been filed by the private respondents, which is pending before the learned Court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Third Court at Paschim Medinipur. Injunction, granted to the private respondents, has been vacated. The dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature. The petitioner may take out civil proceeding in this regard.

The O. C., Kharagpur (Local) Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

Instructions of the O. C., Kharagpur (Local) Police Station dated 03.01.2023 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
