We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in July, 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then. 3.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
