Similarly situated candidates were considered by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education and they were given appropriate relief. However, the petitioner's case has not been considered till date. He has made one representation which appears from pages 83, 84 and 85 of the writ application. I direct the Deputy Secretary of the Board to consider the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter and to communicate the same to the petitioner by 2 weeks from the date of the order. On the

date of hearing the petitioner shall carry all the original documents in respect of his credentials.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
