1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious hearing of an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which was filed on 29.09.2015.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure is pending since long and necessary direction may be given for expeditious hearing of the application.

3. Considering the nature of prayer, I find no reason to pass an order directing the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties who will not get prejudiced in any manner if the Court passes an order for expeditious disposal of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

4. It appears that Title Suit was filed in the year 2015

and one application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure was also filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner/defendant.

5. Given circumstances, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 5th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure dated 29.09.2015 preferably before the Puja Vacation, 2024, but not beyond 14th November, 2024.

6. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as opposite parties.

7. With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

9. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
