Although Mr.

Chakrabarty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that the visitation was not satisfactory, but this Court holds that the order has been complied with.

The applicant is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for further orders, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt proceedings are dropped.

The Rule is also discharged.
