Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court. At the 1st paragraph of the 2nd page of the order sheet, the following portion shall stand deleted - "and the petitioner no. 3 shall meet the Investigating Officer once a fortnight till submission of report in final form".

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 24.12.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
