We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the assault of the victim. Prayer for bail of co-accused was turned down by this Court in CRM (DB 3256 of 2022.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
