The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for quashing of the proceeding being G.R. Case No. 1599 of 2000 under Sections 468/506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as the impugned Order dated 09.07.2012 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 7th Court, Bichar Bhavan, passed in Criminal Revisional No. 119 of 2006 affirming the order dated 2nd March, 2006/11th May, 2006 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta in the said G.R. Case No. 1599 of 2000.
On perusal the application along with documents annexed therewith, it is evident that invocation as well as exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.
The instant application along with pending applications stand dismissed on merit.
