The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for quashing the impugned proceeding in G.R. Case No. 622 of 2012 arising out of Contai Police Station Case No. 153 of 2012 dated 17.06.2012 under Sections 498A/323/676/511/23 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 314 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
On perusal of the application as well as annexures appended therein, it appears that there are incriminating elements in the case which do not warrant exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Accordingly, the instant application, stands dismissed on merit.
