Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners intends to withdraw the present revisional application as technically there are certain defects in the Vakalatnama which has been filed before this Court.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4610 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

The petitioners would be at liberty to file afresh on the same issues.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioners after the same is replaced by photostat copy.
