Ms. Roy Chowdhury appearing for the Bank submits that the proposal given on November 17, 2025 by the petitioner cannot be considered as the settlement is for a paltry sum.

Ms. Dey appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he is willing to give a more substantial proposal. 3.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the bank with such proposal, if so advised.

In the event, such proposal is made, the bank will consider the same and dispose of it within 15 days from the date of making such proposal by the petitioner. 5.

With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.
