Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are overwhelming materials so far as the present petitioner is concerned.

However, the attention of the court has been drawn to the relevant documents which are appearing in the Case Diary.

Having regard to the complicity of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2640 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
