Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her representation has not been considered by the Officer-in-Charge, Pandua Police Station. On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that in spite of best efforts, the police authorities could not trace out the petitioner at the address so furnished.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being afraid is not staying at the said residence and she is staying at a different place.

The petitioner will approach the police authorities with her grievance and the police authorities after assessing the version of the petitioner would take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 28562 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
