Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner complains that the private respondents are disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of the property of the petitioner. It has been submitted that there is an injunction order passed by the Civil Court, in spite of the same there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that T.S. No. 3242 of 2010 is pending before the learned Civil Court. There is an issue relating to demarcation of the property.

Having considered that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents relates to demarcation of property, I am of the view that the police authorities will only interfere if there is any violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 28352 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
