Heard the learned advocates for both the parties. 2.

The petitioners are in custody for three years and six months. 3.

There is delay in trial.

On that score, co-accused has been enlarged on bail. 5.

Hence, we are inclined to extend the same privilege to the petitioners.

Hence, we grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M, Ranaghat, Nadia on condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In the event they fail to appear before the trial court without justifiable cause, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail automatically without reference to this court.
