Petitioner is in custody for more than a year. He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State submits trial has commenced. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses disclose role of the petitioner in the murder. Trial has already commenced. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
