So far as the first petitioner is concerned, considering the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating the first petition in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the first petitioner (Subrata Nag).

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the first petitioner (Subrata Nag) is rejected.

CRM (A) 5895 of 2022 is disposed of.
