Mr. Santra, learned advocate for the Staterespondents files photocopy of the said pension payment order, let it be kept with the record. The petitioner is also entitled to the arrear family pension.

The concerned authority is directed to pay the such arrear family pension to the petitioner with interest @ 8% per annum from the date on which she was entitled to receive such family pension till the date of payment. Such payment shall be made within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. W.P.A. 28016 of 2022 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
