Petitioners before us are the parents-in-law Neighbours implicate both the petitioners in the incident. Death occurred within six months of marriage. Post-mortem report is inconclusive as to the cause of death. Post-mortem report, however, shows that the deceased was carrying a foetus. Death occurred at the matrimonial home. Considering such aspects, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5330 of 2023 is dismissed.
