The subject matter of grievance relates to Criminal Motion No. 155 of 2023 arising out of Misc. Case No. ACM/159/22 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application is still pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

Having considered the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the prayers so advanced. The learned revisional court is directed to dispose of the revisional application on the next date so fixed or at least within a month thereafter. The outcome of the revisional application should be not be stretched beyond 28th February, 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4613 of 2023 is disposed of..
