1. This matter has been mentioned for correction of a mistake in the order dated February 17, 2026. It is submitted that the name of the learned advocate representing the State has been wrongly recorded. Let the name of the learned advocate as recorded in the order dated February 17, 2026 be corrected by deleting the names- "Mr. A.K. Nag and Mr. Debopriyo Karar" and recording the name- "Mr. Benazir Ahmed" in their place and stead as the advocate representing the State in the aforesaid order dated February 17, 2026.

2. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated February 17, 2026. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
