1. It appears that in the Judgment dated 9th December, 2025, certain typographical errors have crept in. In the first page against the column "Heard On" the date has been incorrectly recorded as "09.12.07.2025" in place of "09.12.2025". Again in paragraph No. 1 at 6/7th line, the date has been incorrectly recorded as "4th March, 2020" in place of "4th March, 2022"

2. In paragraph No. 3, page No. 2 at line No. 2 the words "Assistant Collector" be substituted by the word "Assessor Collector"

3. In paragraph No. 7, 2nd and 4th line, the date "28th November, 2025" has been incorrectly recorded as "20th November, 2025".

4. In paragraph No. 14, at the 6th line, the date "21st June, 2023" has been incorrectly noted as "26th June, 2023".

5. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the Judgment dated 9th December, 2025.

6. Other portions of the said Judgment shall remain unaltered.

7. Department is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections.

8. Let the above order be treated as a part of the Judgment dated 09.12.2025.
