It appears from the said report that the respondent no. 3 has reported vacancies to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for recommendation of appointment of three teachers in Chhayani Guzrat New Set Up Upper Primary School, Bagnan, Howrah.

The commission is directed to take immediate steps for filling up the vacancies of the said school.

The grievance of the petitioner since has already been resolved, no further order need be passed in the present writ petition. W.P.A. 28020 of 2022 is thus disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
