Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner cohabited with the young girl on the false promise of marriage. As a consequence, she committed suicide.

In view of the nature of accusation, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
