Mr. Ganguly, learned Additional Government Pleader, appears on behalf of the State and submits that the missing girl has been recovered and the accused has been arrested in connection with Belda Police Station Case No.239 of 2024 dated 05.10.2024. It has been submitted on behalf of the State that after recovery of the victim girl she is at a Home, the accused is arrested and the jurisdictional court is already in seisin of the issues relating to Belda P.S. Case No.239 of 2024.

Having considered the steps taken by the State and the primary anxiety of the petitioner being resolved, I am of the view that the petitioner henceforth will take steps before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of the aforesaid criminal case.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28347 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
