1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Petitioner is involved in dealing in narcotics which was being transported through a vehicle which is in the control and dominion of the petitioner we are of the opinion custodial interrogation for progress of investigation is necessary.

3. Under such circumstances and in view of statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
