1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner is a Group-D Peon of Andulia Sri Sri Ramkrishna High School, District - Paschim Medinipur. He was recommended for transfer to Malirdhar Junior High School but could not join as there is no vacancy in the post of the petitioner in the said School.

3. The petitioner's application for re-recommendation for transfer is pending before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

4. The Commission is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. WPA 26895 of 2023 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
