1. This writ petition has been filed by one Indralal Pramanik as a public interest litigation alleging that the private respondents have illegally put up building and running a hotel.

2. This petitioner, Indralal Pramanik and another had approached this court by way of a public interest litigation earlier in WPA(P) 352 of 2024 for an identical relief and the said writ petition was dismissed and after some arguments the learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner withdrew the writ petition and the same was, accordingly, dismissed on 29.8.2024.

3. In this writ petition the petitioner has not disclosed the said fact. This is sufficient to reject the writ petition.

4. That apart, the learned Government counsel pointed out that the very same writ petitioner has filed another writ petition before the learned Single Bench of this court wherein other hotel owners have been impleaded who are not the private respondents in this writ petition.

5. Thus, for the above reasons, we find that there is absolutely no bonafide on the part of the petitioner to file this PIL.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
