It appears that the petitioner is yet to make formal application for transfer in the prescribed format.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to apply for transfer in the prescribed format.

If the same is made, then the application of the petitioner shall be considered by the head of the institution in accordance with the prevailing transfer rules and guidelines and necessary consequential steps shall be taken by all the respective authorities.
