1. Appellant had assailed order dated 30.08.2023 passed in WPA 3189 of 2023 in MAT 2279 of 2023 which came to be dismissed by a Hon'ble Coordinate Bench vide judgment and order dated 28.06.2024.

2. Accordingly, the present appeal filed by the appellant against the self same judgment and order is not maintainable.

3. Appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
